Severn Trent Water - Pumping Station

The project for Severn Trent Water involved the asset survey of 3,350 sewerage pumping stations. The data collected by our field engineers and surveyors allowed for a comprehensive report to be produced that detailed the condition of the buildings and external areas and identified any relevant health and safety issues that needed to be addressed. The method of collecting the survey data was established with the use of PDAs (Pocket PCs) using software developed by Arcus which integrates with MS Access.

The collection area for the Pumping Stations covered the Severn Trent supply area from South Yorkshire in the north to Gloucestershire in the south, from Leicestershire in the east to Shropshire in the west, a total of 21,000 square kilometres.
