Delaney Heights High Rise Refurbishment

Acting as Project Managers, Architects, Building Surveyors,Quantity Surveyors and Principal Designers, Arcus have completed a £9m project for the Guinness Partnership to transform former student accommodation into 119 affordable homes.  The scheme includes specially adapted apartments on the ground floor for those with disabilities.

The building once named Matthias Court was renamed 'Delaney heights' after Shelagh Delaney, Salford's best known playright and author of 'A Taste of Honey'
