Inside Housing Top Sixty Awards 2016

Heys Court, a joint venture development between Equity Housing Group, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and Stockport Learning Disability Partnership, has been shortlisted for 'Joint Venture Development of the Year' at the Inside Housing Top Sixty Development Awards, to be held on 14 October 2016, at the Lancaster Hotel in Central London.

Arcus worked as Architect, Employers Agent and CDM Coordinator on the scheme that has seen the refurbishment and remodel of an existing mid-70s Sheltered Housing Scheme to provide 25 new one bedroom apartments.
