Who was your role model growing up?
George Mallory – You had to have true grit or totally mad to try and attempt Everest summit in 1920s
Where in the world would you love to retire?
Alps – you get the best of both worlds, sun and snow and of course best of skiing.
What was your favourite cartoon as a child?
Tom and Jerry- still watch it today with my kids.
What was your first pet and what was its name?
Tibetan Mastiff called silver
What one life lesson have you learned so far, and what does it mean to you?
If you do what you always did, you will get what you always got. To change things you need to do things differently.
Have you ever been on stage?
Always took part in the Christmas nativity shows in primary school. Over years played all characters including Mary and the humble sheep.
Who, if you had the chance, would you like to meet or befriend?
Elon Musk – Could be my one chance to get to space.
What is your best childhood memory?
Learning to ride the motor bike at the age of 7 on my own. Finding something with height to start or to stop was the biggest challenge as my feet couldn’t reach the ground.
